Your role and responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge technical and business process/data advice to drive both ongoing operations and groundbreaking software development. Each day will be an adventure as you leverage your deep knowledge of systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Requirement gathering: You would collaborate with HR Stakeholders to understand their process, needs and objectives. • Data Migration: You would oversee the migration of data from Legacy system to Workday. • Testing: Collaborate with the Testing team to develop test scenario's, scripts and conduct functional SIT testing to validate system functionality against business requirement. • Implement and support SAP & Workday solutions (Recruitment, Employee Central, Learning & Development, Payroll, Performance management, Incentives etc.) modules to enhance business functionality and performance. • Support technical and functional design, documentation & training for multiple integrated systems through SAP or Workday modules. • Leading workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system require-ments. Identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions. • Providing technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions in the HR Landscape

Qualifications for the role

  • 10+ years of relevant information technology experience with 7+ years of HR level experience
  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
  • Proven experience in designing, configuring and testing of SAP Schemas, Employee Central and/or Payroll modules.
  • Demonstrated experience with production incident management process
  • Demonstrated business knowledge and process design skills
  • Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical projects information to a wide business audience
  • Proven experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience integrating SAP with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
  • Experience on SAP HCM and Workday HCM systems
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
