Your role and responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge technical and business process/data advice to drive both ongoing operations and groundbreaking software development. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Requirement gathering: You would collaborate with HR Stakeholders to understand their process, needs and objectives. • Data Migration: You would oversee the migration of data from Legacy system to Workday. • Testing: Collaborate with the Testing team to develop test scenario's, scripts and conduct functional SIT testing to validate system functionality against business requirement. • Implement and support SAP & Workday solutions (Recruitment, Employee Central, Learning & Development, Payroll, Performance management, Incentives etc.) modules to enhance business functionality and performance. • Support technical and functional design, documentation & training for multiple integrated systems through SAP or Workday modules. • Leading workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system require-ments. Identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions. • Providing technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions in the HR Landscape

Qualifications for the role

• 10+ years of relevant information technology experience with 7+ years of HR level experience
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring and testing of SAP Schemas, Employee Central and/or Payroll modules.
• Demonstrated experience with production incident management process
• Demonstrated business knowledge and process design skills
• Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical projects information to a wide business audience
• Proven experience working with remote teams.
• Experience integrating SAP with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
• Experience on SAP HCM and Workday HCM systems
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
