The position supports the program administration of NIH Common Fund's RRE programs, including the Community Partnerships to Advance Science for Society Program (ComPASS) program that enables community-driven, structural intervention research into sustainable solutions that promote health equity to create lasting change in communities across the nation. Other potential programmatic areas of assigned responsibility are within RRE Common Fund programs, including Transformative Research to Address Health Disparities and Advance Health Equity, Faculty Institutional Recruitment for Sustainable Transformation (FIRST), Diversity Program Consortium (DPC): Enhancing the Diversity of the NIH-Funded Workforce, Somatic Cell Genome Editing (SCGE), and Complement Animal Research In Experimentation (Complement-ARIE)

The position is an opportunity to build professional skills and capabilities for Other Transactions, Challenge prizes, and various innovative funding mechanisms while working closely with a team of dynamic colleagues to develop and implement unique, forward-looking research programs that innovate groundbreaking science.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical and translational science, implementation science, healthcare networks, FDA processes, or IRBs.
