We are currently looking for a Full Time Healthcare Project Manager to join our Healthcare Project Manager team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.

Summary:

Provides project management to include development, directing, integrating, coordinating and controlling the functions of facility planning. Duties include oversight of internal capital improvement projects, renovations and new construction, working with administrative officers on federal grant applications, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other departments to accomplish funded projects. This position provides management oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects and ensures that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:
* Interperts plans and specifications and evaluates deviations from specified construction procedures including impacts from deviation, estimation of any associated costs, and evaluation of deviation's effects on projects budgets and schedules
* Provides technical expertise in a professional field such as architecture, electrical or mechanical engineering or construction management
* Tracks and controls construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time frame and monies allocated
* Oversees performance of contractor's working on various phases of construction projects and maintains constant awareness of progress on assigned projects and reports to upper management
* Ensures adequate equipment and supplies required by projects are maintained and appropriate
* Participates in meetings to ensure effective communication with staff, peers, supervisors and management
* Prepares reports as needed or requested
* Monitors and inspects projects assigned
* Prepares individual and group correspondence
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Participates in design reviews for compliance with scope of work and design criteria
* Develop synopsis for Architecture/Engineering solicitation, participate in Architecture/Engineering evaluation board and interviews of Architecture/Engineering forums
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

* Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
