Position: Tier II Support
Location: Orlando, FL (Remote)
Duration : 12 month ongoing contract
Rate Range?: $24-$26/hr.
Position Overview:
The helpdesk is the first point of contact for computer/device support. They will be working with internal clients only.
24/7 support center so this person needs to be able to work flexible hours, and weekends.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
15-25 calls per day (Less on second shift - a lot of online queues will be worked)
Doing a lot of service tickets from the queue
All inbound calls and remote troubleshooting

Requirements:
3+ years of help desk experience Active Directory Experience Has worked with ticketing system similar to ServiceNow Office 365/Microsoft Teams/Excel Call Center/Dialer Experience Need to be ok for weekends

1. College Degree is or any certs
2. SCCM
3. Snapshot - something used to restore phones
4. Team/Remote Control Viewer
