This individual will be initially completing basic level II service desk responsibilities. These include incoming calls, handling tickets, resetting passwords, troubleshooting, etc. Once this individual flips permanently, they will move toward field service responsibilities such as break/fix, swapping PCs, etc. while still maintaining and completing the service desk tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma/GED (minimum)
Good communication skills
1 + year of experience in Service Desk role (level II support; network user additions/deletions/take overflow incoming calls from branches, escalate issues, resetting passwords, basic troubleshooting)
Some exposure to field service (break/fix, PC swaps, etc.) & willing to travel up to 2 hours from CLT to perform these tasks
Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to work and cooperate with a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

College or technical training (basic fundamental understanding of IT)
Experience working at a bank
A+ certification
