**This is a Contract Position that will work onsite**

The High Volume Marketing Recruiter will effectively drive and perform the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. Individual will strategically source, identify, screen and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers while supporting our "HEART" philosophy. Individual will support a variety of clients with a focus on marketing contact center hiring.

How You'll Shine
  • Exceed all recruiting metrics that include, but are not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and maintain compliance with posting requirements and background checks
  • Consistently document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics on all programs for area/site statistical analysis
  • Consistent communication with applicants and hiring leaders/managers
  • Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and maintain region wide objections
  • Build the site's recruiting brand for advertising and sourcing by setting standards and developing a site sourcing library of creative visual collateral
  • Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate and site hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified
  • Actively participate in site/area recruiting networking projects for contributing and collecting best practices for distribution to all sites
  • Help create and engage in recruiting media campaigns including methods, content and distribution within budget at needed


What You'll Bring

Job Experience
  • 2-3 years Sales and Marketing Recruiting experience required
  • 3rd Party Agency recruiting experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting


Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Associates degree or two year technical certificate and five years of responsible professional support experience or relation combination of training and experience


Knowledge and Skills
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment plans, assignments, and implement strategy in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
  • Provide accurate, timely data to management, and maintain proper paper trails
  • Ability to take control of various situations independently as they arise
  • Ability to be objective by evaluating situations
  • Able to work with others and communicate effectively to all levels
  • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure


Technical Skills
  • Advanced PC skills in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
  • Experience creating and executing on sourcing plans to attract and identify passive candidates is preferred
