Our US Education Business Operations team is seeking a dynamic sales operations professional with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and interpersonal abilities to support the end-to-end route-to-market strategy for our Higher Education business in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and gaining a deep understanding of the programs, incentives, and strategies that drive a multi-route-to-market business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Sales teams to ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, business partnerships, and actionable business insights. Through your analytical skills and collaboration, you will help transform the way people teach, learn, and work.



Description
In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to enhance overall sales productivity.
- Develop and track critical performance indicators to deepen business understanding and inform decision-making, ultimately driving improvements in sales and revenue growth.
- Standardize tools, methodologies, and business processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Work with complex data sets to generate insights, playing a pivotal role in weekly and monthly business reviews, and contributing to the development of reporting packages that support Higher Education sales initiatives.
- Develop engaging and interactive business intelligence reports, including KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, ad-hoc queries, dashboards, and scorecards that provide decision-makers with rapid insights.
- Lead the end-to-end Higher Education Channel expansion strategy, from onboarding new resellers to managing product authorizations, incentives, and funding programs.
- Support the quarterly Higher Education Back Margin process, including goal reviews, proof of performance validation, and cadence management.
