Host and or Hostess

The Host maximizes guest seating and table turns, ensuring a smooth flow of the restaurant and proper section rotation. The Host will greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their table, provide menus and gives proper farewell. Responsibilities also include: Answering guest questions, taking reservations, messages and managing special seating requests consistent with availability.
