Human Resources Compliance Specialist Conducting period reviews, audits, and annual submissions, including, but not limited to, gathering, reviewing, and analyzing internal records. Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and employment laws. Adjudicating Background checks, assigning tickets & HR team responsibilities, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining relationships with different divisions throughout the company. Pay ranging anywhere from $24-33/hr based on years of experience and level of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience within HR Compliance experience
Experience adjudicating Background checks (experience with Sterling would be a plus)
Experience comparing the results of background checks on a candidate with the company's criteria and policies to make hiring decisions
Strong Customer Service to follow-up with different departments of HR to ensure all new hires/candidates are fully compliant
Have experience with the HR processes including: onboarding, background checks, employee data
Organized & meet deadlines
Strong data analytics experience (ie: MS Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with different ERP and HRIS Systems
