Location: Milpitas, CA 95035
Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Responsibilities
Manages candidate's interview scheduling Coordinates candidate's interview travel Verifies details of jobs in Smart Recruiters Creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the Smart Recruiters applicant tracking system Initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees May assist in the new-hire orientation process Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents Maintains files Provides information to employees and candidates Assists in complex administrative processes Processes expense reports May prepare special reports for management Participates on project teams as assigned Ideate on creative solutions for challenges.
Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition function desired
Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or closely related field preferred 2-4 yrs. related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
