HR Generalist Job Details:
This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for various employee benefit programs, particularly in the areas of leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans. Responsibilities include the administration of leave programs, handling complex case escalations, direct interactions with employees, managers, and vendors, and partnering closely with internal teams such as Legal and Payroll, as well as external third-party vendors.

HR Generalist Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing leave of absence, return to work programs, ADA, and disability programs.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding disability and leave policies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing with multiple levels of the organization.

HR Generalist Desired Skills:
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with third-party administrators for disability and leave of absence programs.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and identify areas for improvement.

HR Generalist Location:
This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be on-site in Lone Tree, Colorado on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be local to the Denver/Lone Tree area.
