This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition of HR operations and aligning talent management practices with the strategic goals of the organization. The role will facilitate the onboarding of acquisition teammates with our key programs and technologies, acting as a teacher to guide them through these systems . Additionally, the role will drive the continuous improvement of these processes to enhance overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Acquisitions Managers (AM) and Field Integration Specialists (FIS) to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct and manage integration phone calls with Field Integration Specialist and the acquisitions point of contact to ensure a smooth transition of pay and benefits. Address any initial concerns or questions they may have .
  • Partner with AM and acquisitions point of contact to identify/mitigate risks associated with the new hospital's current practices and align roles/responsibilities with SVP's expectations and existing team structures.
  • Review and analyze current pay and benefits packages to ensure accuracy and alignment with SVP policies.
  • Facilitate crosswalk conversations to assist acquisition teammates in understanding their compensation and benefits options.
  • Monitor and track the completion of 19 forms to ensure compliance with federal regulations . Follow up with acquisition teammates and relevant departments as needed .
  • Address and resolve any follow-up questions or issues that arise on close days . Provide support and solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee HR operations for the first 120 days of integration - supporting with training , disciplinary action , pay/benefits questions , etc.


Requirments:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR/Mergers & Acquisitions or related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills , excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, proficiency in Google/Gsuite .
