Provides customer service to all employees, executives, and physicians. Assists Human Resources with projects, communications, benefit enrollment, PeopleSoft Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service. Coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; partners with Center of Excellence and Operations to respond to HR issues and requests in a timely manner. Supports the efficient functioning of HR Operations. Responsible for executing project-level communications plans and strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

1 year of Human Resources related experience and 2 years of customer service, payroll, or other relevant service experience.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide support to employees, executives, and physicians.

Must possess above average organizational, administrative, verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, accountable for owning customer calls and follow through to complete resolution of requests.

Collaborative and capable of communication with all departments within Piedmont Healthcare.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

PeopleSoft ESS and MSS customer service support, PeopleSoft super-user experience is preferred.

A strong HR background is required, a focus on benefit plan administration preferred.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
