System One is looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our Time and Pay Technology team. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions for our UKG and Workday systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal Business Analyst in managing technology projects related to time entry and pay processes within UKG and Workday systems.
  • Handle post-implementation cleanup efforts, including gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for technology integration.
  • Manage and prioritize technology tickets related to time and pay, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather process information, document requirements, and communicate updates to the Center of Excellence (COE) and SMEs.
  • Work closely with a Time and Pay Technology team, including 4 technology experts, 2 Workday pay technology experts, and 1 Principal Business Analyst.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of time and pay systems and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems, particularly UKG and Workday.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex issues.
  • Technical proficiency with HR software, MS Office Suite, and Visio.
  • Preferred experience includes union payroll knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and utility industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a business or technical role within the HRIS space. Educational background can substitute for experience, but a solid understanding of HRIS payroll processes is essential.


Pay Rate: $44.83
