ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst - INTL India

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst for a large financial services company in India. This person will work across the entire ServiceNow Platform within ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and HRSD modules. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will create complex business and product requirement analysis and make comparisons between business requirements and product features. You were interact with the business and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, etc, More exposure the better.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working on enhancements, configurations, modifications or implementations of ServiceNow.
