Position Overview

The HR Contracts Specialist will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and finalizing offer letters for potential new hires. In addition, the Contracts Specialist will be responsible for creating other agreements such as: promotion, transfer, separation, etc. The person in this role will partner closely with the internal Legal, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and HR Operations.

This is a hybrid role, reporting into our HR Operations Contracts Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Using the in-house HRIS system (Workday) as a primary tool, the successful candidate will create offer letters and all other formal notification documents.
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR and the A&M Legal team, the successful candidate will keep everyone up to date on priorities and deadlines.
  • Working closely with HRIS team to edit previously developed contracts according to new information (testing template updates).
  • Additional adhoc administrative matters from time to time as workload permits.
  • Edit, proofread, and ensure accuracy and consistency for North America employment offers and other formal agreements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with in HR contracts, offer letters, or legal documents required.
  • Paralegal experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High attention to detail with thoroughness and the ability to "think outside of the box."
  • Confident communicator with people at all levels with the ability to work effectively with a ride range of cons and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies, maintaining a high level of discretion
  • Experience using Workday preferred
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours

The salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
