Job Profile
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for program grants/contracts operations and management. Duties include grant/contract , monitoring, planning, coordinating and submitting required reports. This position reports to the Manager, Business Operations and is responsible for providing guidance and support that promotes effective grant and contract management. This position will also prepare grant/contract reconciliations and activity reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Finance/Business or related field OR four (4) years of related work experience in lieu of degree; Master's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area): Three (3) years of experience in writing and/or managing grants/contracts, and performing grants related activities
Equipment Operated: Personal computer

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required: No, but Spanish-speaking preferred
