LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to support our Head Quartersat the McLean, Virginia.

Overview:

The Human Resources Manager at LinTech is responsible for supporting and overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, and contributing to strategic organizational initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR technical systems and processes, as well as the ability to manage essential HR functions such as employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, policy enforcement, compliance, and employee relations.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, utilizing HR software, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring all HR policies and practices comply.
    • Assist with the preparation and submission of required legal and regulatory reports.
  • HRIS Management:
    • Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and salary changes.
    • Generate reports from the HRIS for various HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee demographics, and compensation analysis.
    • Ensure HRIS integration with other systems, such as payroll and benefits administration.
  • HR Administration:
    • Manage and update HR documents related to new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
    • Oversee payroll processing, including the preparation and review of reports, and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and compensation records.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of HR information.
  • Payroll and Timekeeping:
    • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, commissions, and bonuses.
    • Ensuring accurate tracking of employee hours, paid leave, and holidays.
    • Prepare and review bi-weekly payroll reports, and manage related tasks such as tax reporting and 401(k) contributions.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment and support employees with benefits-related inquiries.
    • Collaborate with brokers and vendors to select and implement benefit plans.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance improvement plans and managing employee recognition programs.
    • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee recognition programs and supporting organizational initiatives.
    • Maintain confidential HR records, ensuring privacy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in using HR software systems (ADP & UKG preferred).
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat for HR documentation and reporting.
    • Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Special Projects:
    • Lead and participate in special HR projects as needed, such as policy development, organizational restructuring, or process improvement initiatives.
    • Support the implementation of new HR technologies and ensure their effective use within the organization.

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and UKG preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including resource management and administrative support.
  • Experience with federal contracting and Service Contract Act (SCA) processing/reporting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT and general technical fields.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
