The Human Resources/Business Office Manager is responsible for managing employee payroll processing, and ensuring accurate and timely compensation. This role also involves handling HR duties such as onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while providing support to both employees and management.

**This position does include some business office manager duties such as overseeing the daily operations of the office, including financial management, vendor coordination, and administrative support**

The Human Resources/Business Office Manager must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of HR experience in healthcare setting.
