An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist is now available in our Human Resources department. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to perform administrative and clerical duties to support the Human Resources department. This is an important member of the team that will also be relied upon to assist students, employees, providers, leaders and volunteers with a friendly and helpful spirit.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Works independently with proven organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment.

Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain a high level of sensitive, confidential HR data.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 2+ year of Human Resources experience preferred

Working knowledge of equal employment opportunity, Joint Commission, Compliance, and HIPAA preferred

Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Position Details:

0.6 FTE (part-time, 24 hours per week)

Day shift

Weekdays only

In October 2025, this position will transition from onsite to remote work
