JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the HVAC Supervisor, the HVAC Technician is responsible for performing repair, maintenance, adjustment and replacement of pneumatic, mechanical and/or direct digital temperature control systems and equipment. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Must have 3-5 years' work experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Mechanical and electrical background.
• Ability to discern and analyze HVAC problems.
