This position provides essential support for the operational maintenance and sanitation of buildings in an effort to provide a safe, functional, clean, efficient and attractive living and learning environment. They will be responsible to troubleshoot issues, provide service for and respond to requests from customers and/or staff. The employee is required to have mid-level skills on HVAC and refrigeration systems, including but not limited to, water source heat pumps, direct expansion, and electrical, plumbing systems. This person will also be preforming preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance. This is a mid-shift position and the hours are Tues-Fri 3pm-11:30 and Sat 11:30-8pm

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years doing maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems
- EPA Universal Certification
