Position: Lead Systems Engineer

Location: Tech Hub/Satellite, Hybrid 2-3 days/week

Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX

Tech satellites

Cincinnati, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Downers Grove, IL

Duration: Contract to hire

Shift Times/Preferred Time Zone 8-5

Occasional releases after hours or weekends

Candidate Technical and Skills Profile:

Key responsibilities:

• Working on upgrades
• Working with Windows
• Working with .Net
• Updating Operating Systems
• Configuring servers to new standards
• Taking projects from start to finish

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

• Windows
• Linux
• Tech experience
• SQL
• Operating systems upgrade experience

Flex Skills:

• Production support background
• OpenShift
• Microsoft Access expert
• Working with ServiceNow
• Confluence
• Jira

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

• Banking experience/same client experience
• Communication
• Documentation skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player

Education:

Master preferred but not required Bachelor required

Years of experience:

5-7 yrs

Interviews:

1st Round 15-20 mins introductory HM and potentially 1 other team member

2nd Round 30-60 mins HM and other team members
