Job Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Security Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Identity Management, and Governance, OKTA SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, DUO MFA. This role involves providing production support and implementing security enhancements to protect customer applications and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

General responsibilities
  • Manage and help resolve L2 and L3 activities, 16x5 plus on-call support model
  • Handle service requests, changes, incidents and problem management
  • Minor product upgrades and patches
  • Maintain SOPs
  • Recommend process improvement and performance improvements
  • Prepare documentation of known errors and KEDB
  • Reporting weekly and monthly trends and status reports
  • Product vendor co-ordination for any product issues or defects.

Identity Life-cycle Management & Identity Administration
  • Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors.
  • Perform platform configuration
  • Support rules, notifications, forms and workflows
  • Configure, run, and perform user access certification reviews
  • Support certification process as per organization policies.
  • Support audit process by providing required reports and evidences as needed.
  • Monitoring output of scheduled tasks and proactively correct any issues found.

Access Management and MFA
  • Create and maintain SSO integrations
  • Perform product configuration-based defect fixing
  • Troubleshooting access issues and provide resolution.
  • Interfacing with application support teams and affected users for issue resolution
  • SSL certificate update
  • Troubleshooting MFA access issue
  • Providing Duo admin access

Privilege Access Management
  • Privileged account vaulting, safe creations and provision access to each user;
  • Support any user issues with the use of privileged accounts;
  • Working with each of the privileged user groups and walk through them to use privileged account;
  • Running discovery tool to find new accounts and work on remediating any non-compliance accounts/servers
  • Assist with password vaulting of local and service accounts
  • Integrating applications for automated password rotation

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is accepting applicants until 9/23/2024

The annual salary for this position is between [$84,600] - [$134,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
