We're looking for someone who can:

• manage and oversee the information security controls for the Investment Bank
• advise senior management, business stakeholders and clients on information security risks, including data loss prevention, data breach incident response and identity theft
• drive Americas specific regional initiatives and implement the security initiatives in the region
• continuously improve the Investment Bank's information security posture, particularly in the region, through leading and implementing risk remediation plans as well as simplifying processes
• review new business initiatives from a cyber and information security perspective, identifying risks and providing expert advice to reduce risk exposure
• support our business in defining and monitoring performance of the IB's cyber and data confidentiality risk appetite
• provide proactive and constructive challenge in all aspects of the role, encouraging best practice and striving for consistency on a global basis
• raise awareness on cyber and information security within the IB Americas region, as well as supporting the group wide cyber awareness initiatives

Detailed salary information :
• New York: the salary range for this role is $168750 to $206250
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You'll be working in the global Cyber and Information Security team within the Investment Bank Divisional Information Security Office in New York. Our role is to protect our clients' sensitive information against data loss through maintaining controls, providing guidance and education. The role offers the opportunity to work from home for up to 2 days a week.

Your expertise

• held similar information security role, ideally for 6-7 years within the finance sector
• excellent stakeholder management and experience in collaborating across the firm, including Group CISO teams, investment bank business stakeholders, 2nd and 3rd line
• strong communication skills and ability to adopt their style to the audience
• strong analytical skills, able to quickly understand complex processes, and identify risks and inadequacies in procedures
• ability to provide constructive feedback and come up with alternative sustainable and efficient solutions that reduce risk in forums with senior stakeholders
• a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
• cyber security qualification (desirable)
• a committed team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
