Pay Range*: $ 42,500 - $ 49,500
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a IMS Call Center Specialist you will:
Required Skills:
- Support end users of a custom web application environment that includes vehicle technical information.
- Manage incoming incident, tracking and monitoring.
- Support will include phone, chat, and email communication.
- Manage dealer licenses of the application.
- Manage user details for billing.
- Multiple product support that surrounds products for vehicle technical service software and utilities
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Understand and willing to support newly added software on an as needed basis.
- Work and communicate with other groups to support the end users for troubleshooting.
- Be able to identify priority issues and elevate to ensure users will be able to have the requirement technical data in a timely manner.
- Maintain, monitor and update FAQ for support items for user access for their self-troubleshooting.
Experience and Skills:
- Two or more years of automotive experience, knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles, knowledge of vehicle diagnostic scan tools
- Understand and have used a contact management phone system.
- Must have knowledge of Office 365, MS Office Products, e.g. Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Word, basic understanding of web browser menus, MS Edge, and Google Chrome
- Background usage of a remote access software to be able to access and troubleshoot the custom software used by the end users, preferably Bomgar.
- Three or more years
- Associate degree preferred. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.
