Your Role
As the Inbound Operations Analyst, you will identify gaps in our business models and operations. You will conduct research, investigate workflows and business procedures, recommend changes, and work to ensure compliance standards are followed. Reporting to our Supervisor, your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Your Role
As the Inbound Operations Analyst, you will identify gaps in our business models and operations. You will conduct research, investigate workflows and business procedures, recommend changes, and work to ensure compliance standards are followed. Reporting to our Supervisor, your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly production forecasts and distribute details to the management team to support labor planning
- Obtain operational data from warehouse and production management systems to support the reporting of internal and customer KPIs
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas of focus for the management team
- Support continuous improvement activities through data mining to provide baseline information and the ongoing reporting of improvement trends
- Compile requested information needed by operational support functions
- Provide the management team with the data necessary to support the monthly customer invoicing process
- Provide data needed for the annual P&L budgeting and monthly revenue forecasts
Your Skills and Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Access
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify, define, and resolve problems
