Our client seeks an industrial engineer to lead implementation of a new ProPlanner MES system. In addition, you will also do industrial engineering tasks such as line balancing and time studies.

Position Overview

• Lead site implementation of a Pro Planner MES system
• Develop and maintain standard hours, cycle time, and move time data
• Implement and facilitate lean manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing efficiencies and eliminate waste
• Provide engineering support to the shop floor

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Industrial engineering experience within a low volume, complex manufacturing environment
• Experience with line balancing, time studies, capacity analysis, ergonomic risk analysis, standard work and lean manufacturing principles
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
