Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Engineer at a large automotive customer in the Fort Wayne area. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for working closely with the manufacturing team to optimize our production processes, ensure product quality, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have experience within the automotive industry, experience with industrial engineering, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+5 years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and material flow principles
- Proven ability to support and coordinate with plant Industrial Engineering teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience with GMOS and/or time and motion studies related to material flow optimization
- Familiarity with automation principles and technologies
- Previous exposure to large-scale material optimization projects
- Strong project management skills
