Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be supporting line changeovers, integrations, etc. The ideal candidate will have good overall written/oral communication skills, ability to summarize complex technical concepts in written content and the ability to lead groups/teams to complete complex projects.

Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Pay Rate: Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Designing new electrical controls circuits for automated equipment
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic
• Human Machine Interface (HMI) Programming
• Development and control of project master schedules and budget
• Troubleshooting, modifying, and specifying mechanical systems.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and understand equipment electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience modifying and creating PLC programs for equipment control, and HMI Screens.
• Experience modifying and creating HMI screens.
• Background in Industrial networks. Including DeviceNet, TCP/IP, UniWire, etc.
• Experience writing project specifications and instructions, and managing vendor/team activities during design, fabrication, installation, and integration.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
