An employer is looking for an Industrial Engineer to sit in a hybrid role in Auburn, WA. This role would be supporting the Additive Manufacturing division focused on the research and development of additive manufacturing for aerospace exploration. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and training on shop floor capacity plans; creating and maintaining integrated master schedules, maintaining detail schedules; providing rational for schedule variance; tracking of parts through the project lifecycle; maintaining factory layout designs; optimizing new and existing equipment placement in the factory floor plans; process improvements; and optimizing factory flow.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
3+ years of experience with production systems design
3+ years of experience with shop floor capacity planning
Proficiency with scheduling and creating a Master Schedule.
Experience working in a small shop floor
