Deliverables:
a. Your main task will be to optimize processes and increase production efficiency - all using tools from Lean, Kaizen, automation, etc.
b. Identify bottlenecks and any other sources of loss and eliminate them.
c. Reordering, developing, modifying production lines and workstations for more efficient production and creating appropriate value streams including organization of the entire production process, material flow and line material supply, determination of inventory and buffer levels and their up-to-date record.
d. Preparation/amendment of manufacturing and maintenance documentation related to alterations

Required Skills & Experience

Scope: Lean / Process Development Engineer (1 person) in this position we are looking for a colleague with experience in developing automotive manufacturing processes (both machining and assembly).
