Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Third Shift Supervisor to oversee our night shift workforce. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely, efficient, and safe production of high-quality products while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and employee development.

What will you be doing?

Production Planning
  • Execute and direct the efficient organization and assignment of manpower.
Record Keeping & Reporting
  • Maintain and direct the maintenance of directed records within the department.
  • Assist with the design, establishment and implementation of additional records to properly track, record and execute the department's business.
Inventory Control
  • Enforce and direct the enforcement of inventory management procedures.
  • Assist with the development and enforcement of subprocedures needed to manage department materials supply to minimize inventory carry and assure availability.
  • Participate in the development of inventory management procedures and goals.
  • Chart inventory levels for department processes.
Process/Product Development
  • Coordinate the implementation of process requirements for new products within the departments.
  • Facilitate the department's NWG continuous improvement efforts.
Quality
  • Enforce quality standards.
  • Assist with the development and enforcement of department systems needed to achieve quality and on time performance.
  • Participate in the development of quality standards and goals.
Who are You?
  • Possess a High School Education or Equivalent required. College level study/degree preferred.
  • Three plus years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Must be able to work 3rd shift (Monday thru Friday 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. - Shift starts Sunday at 11 p.m. and ends Friday at 7 a.m.)
