Volt is immediately hiring for an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Lebanon, TN

As an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs of different Mechanical Power Transmission Components (Gear boxes, couplings, belt and chain drives, gears and gearboxes, lubrication)
  
• Troubleshoot and repair machine motion controls components (sensors, switches, actuators, motors, conveyor belts.)
  
• Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers.
  
• Use measuring, testing and diagnostics devices and tools for PdM.
  
• Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS.
  
• Reads Pneumatics, Hydraulics Prints and Schematics.
  
• Safely and effectively operate Fork, Scissor and Boom lifts.
  

This is a Full Time opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00pm - 6:00am

Training will take place during first shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must have Vocational School, associate degree with 2 years' experience in a Manufacturing facility or High School Diploma and 3 Years of Proven Experience in the field.
  
• Experience troubleshooting Mechanical Systems and machinery in an industrial environment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to always work Safely (on your own and with others)
  
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of Power Tools as well as Machine Shop Equipment.
  
• Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics is a PLUS.
  

• Pay Rate: $28.00 - 32.00 /Hourly
