Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Property Manager to join a large company based in the Richmond, VA area. The Property Manager will be responsible for reviewing and understanding real estate legal and general contract language, multi-bid contract reviews, ability to perform CAM, understand commercial and industrial real estate inspections, maintenance, and public records searches. Must have strong analytical, financial, and budgeting skills.

5+ years of experience with industrial property management
Bachelors degree
Strong understanding of CAM and real estate contract language
Strong financial, budgeting, and analytical skills
