Information Security Engineer

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization for an Information Security Engineer to assist their team.

Job Title: Information Security Engineer
Location: Westlake, TX
Pay Range: $70 per hour.
Long-term contract on W2.

Security Deployment & Policy Automation: Lead and executeda security deployments, focusing on policy automation across Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto platforms. This role is not focused on cybersecurity operations but rather on implementing and automating security policies.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of information security principles, firewall, and IPS technologies. Leverage experience in Python, Perl, Java, Ansible, GitHub, and automation/management tools like XSOAR and Skybox to enhance security infrastructure.
Experience & Certification: Bring at least 5 years of information and network security experience and 4 years of software development or equivalent experience. Possess industry-recognized security certifications and a strong fundamental understanding of networks and networking.
