This position is eligible to work a hybrid telework schedule. The physical reporting location for this position sits on top of a hill with a view of Folsom Lake, and is close to historic Folsom, eateries, shopping, walking trails, and offers free parking! This position is not located inside of a prison.

Under direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) serves as a certified Salesforce Administrator for the organization. The incumbent works closely with departmental leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify, configure, deploy, and support new business processes. The incumbent assists with providing day-to-day end user support to increase adoption and overall knowledge of the Salesforce application. The incumbent must have experience in the Sales and Service Cloud, and knowledge of automation tools such as Process Builder and Lightning Flow. The incumbent must be a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator, with strong analytical skills.
