Infrastructure Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our largest Financial Service client. This individual will be working closely with the engineering and architecture team to assist in planning for repair and maintenance of the Nice Voice Recorder and IPC Unigy platforms. They will act as a subject matter expert on both platforms to ensure that upgrades and all product lifecycle changes will be made efficiently. This person must sit in Jersey city 3 times a week in a hybrid work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Nice NTR and IPC Unigy platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work with regulated Lines of Business, Compliance and Legal.
- SME in NICE Voice Recorder platform
Expertise with Trading Floor and Voice technologies provided by vendors such as IPC.
- Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, Scripting, JTAPI, XML, LDAP, Syslog, Active Directory.
- Exceptional organization skills including project/program management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working in the financial or banking industry.
