Pay: $125,000-170,000 plus generous bonus - depending on experience

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area

We are working with an organization that is looking to add an infrastructure project manager to their team. This person will be filling a pivotal role in leading IT projects and overseeing change initiatives. The hiring manager values someone who brings strategic vision, critical thinking skills, leadership in project execution, and adeptness in navigating technical challenges and organizational change. He also envisions this role growing into a leadership position and having a few direct reports.

The ideal candidate will need to have:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Technical IT Project Management.
• Expertise in IT Migrations, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex transitions of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong background in change management, with a track record of successfully guiding teams and stakeholders through organizational transformations.
• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) within an IT context, showcasing the ability to integrate IT systems and processes during corporate consolidations or expansions.

A few initial projects this person will be assigned will be deploying their wireless network and consolidating their Zoom and Slack.
