Your Responsibilities:

As an in-home caregiver at A Place at Home - Sugar Land, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering emotional support and personalized companion care to clients
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Preparing meals according to dietary restrictions and assisting with eating if needed
• Providing medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• Helping clients with mobility needs, including walking assistance and bed transfers
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and communicating any changes in client condition
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
