Role You Will Play: As an Innovation and Strategic Operations Analyst , your role is to drive transformation. You will play a crucial part in the evolution of the Request for Eligibility Information and Electronic Determinations projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing current processes, analyzing them for efficacy, and recommending enhancements that will redefine how we operate. You will craft metrics and reports that not only measure success but guide our future strategies. Collaboration is not just encouraged; it's essential; you will work alongside both internal teams, like the Information Technology and Public Affairs branches, and external contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of new systems and ideas. Statement Of Qualifications
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is REQUIRED. The SOQ will be considered the first phase of the hiring process for this position.     Background Investigation Requirement

    The position(s) may require an applicant to pass a background investigation. However, applicants will not be asked to provide information about a conviction history unless they receive a conditional offer of employment.

    The department will make an individualized assessment of whether the conviction history has a direct or adverse relationship with the specific duties of the job and the work performed by the department.
