We are partnering with a company that specializes in supplying commercial kitchen equipment and supplies, focusing on institutional kitchens like those in schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, arenas, stadiums and more. They offer a wide range of products, including cooking, refrigeration, food prep and serving equipment, along with expert customer service and support tailored to the unique needs of their clients.

They are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This individual will be responsible for both hunting and farming and will be targeting the educational K-12 sector.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email and chat to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending appropriate kitchen equipment and supplies based on customer requirements
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, staying updated on new products and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice
  • Process orders, prepare quotes and follow up on leads to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide post-sale support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress
  • Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
