Preferably YOU have:

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• An associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  
• Sales Experience: Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internships or part-time roles accepted).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to engage with customers effectively.
  
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  
• Customer Focus: A friendly demeanor and a desire to help customers with their needs; Team Player.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Time Management: Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  
• Motivation: Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to achieve sales goals
  
• Basic Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
