Instructional Developer Advisor - Instructional Systems Specialist " Secret Clearance

HOW AN INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Designs and develops instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meeting training requirements
Provides guidance to the completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
Provides guidance to technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Provide guidance for the analysis of employee learning needs and subject matter expert partnership.
Provides guidance for course or curriculum concepts, the overall needs for the course, the appropriate course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
Provide guidance for the development of learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and courseware).
Provide guidance for the development and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
Apply advanced instructional design methodologies. Advanced oral and written communication skills. Also possesses advanced interpersonal and teaching skills.
Contributes significantly to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Administers, supervises, advises on, designs, develops, or provides educational or training services in formal education or training programs. The work requires knowledge of learning theory and the principles, methods, practices and techniques of one or more specialties of the instructional systems field. The work may require knowledge of one or more subjects or occupations in which educational or training instruction is provided. The work requires experience with the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) model in developing new and/or revised instructional materials.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $133,973. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
