Integrated Change and Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Integrated Change and Technology Project Manager with robust project management skills to spearhead the successful implementation and adoption of critical, complex, and impactful technology initiatives. The Technology Project Manager will offer leadership and transparency throughout all phases of the program/project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and deployment. The role involves ensuring that project scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are adequately defined and delivered. The successful candidate will not only possess exceptional project management skills but also outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities:
Technical Project Management: You will lead one or more large initiatives, ensuring that project goals are met within the stipulated timelines and budget. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing the project, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution. Support and Operations: You will provide operational support to the tax practice, which includes managing third-party software. This involves troubleshooting software issues, liaising with software vendors, and ensuring that the software tools are up-to-date and functioning optimally to support the team's activities. Administration: You will be responsible for the administration of access, user management, and engagement management. This includes managing user access rights, setting up new users, maintaining user profiles, and ensuring data security. You will also manage client engagements, which involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing client projects. Mentoring and Delegation: As a Manager, you will play a key role in the development of junior staff. This includes mentoring, providing guidance, and delegating tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting team cohesion, and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tax technology environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of tax software and applications
