A large financial services company is looking to hire an IT Operations Engineering Manager to work with their international Digital Banking product. This individual will oversee and work with a team of 3 engineers to support the overall digital banking application. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions to drive front-end channels (including the digital bank mobile app and digital wallet) in your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment. This position is a hybrid model where they will be required 3 days a week on-site in SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in application operations and front-end engineering

2 years of experience in leading teams

5 years of experience building web and mobile applications (using Angular, .NET, and other technologies) with at least one year of OutSystems (or equivalent tool) specific development experience
