Insight Global is seeking a Data Management Engineer in Queretaro, MX for one of our top manufacturing clients. You will be a part of the Enterprise and Data Analytics team on the data operations branch joining a team of 6 other individuals. The primary responsibility of this role is to aid in the designing, implementation, and maintenance of data management solutions. The individual that will be successful in this role is someone who is skilled in managing the data, best practices, has data modeling experience, is familiar with architecting data, maintaining data quality and policies/frameworks based on what the business is saying in order to ensure integrity, availability, and security of data assets while optimizing data pipelines and processes for efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in data science or data engineering
Proficiency in programming languages: Python, SQL
Deep working knowledge of data modeling: How tables are structured, and relationships between tables relevant to business concepts
Cloud-based data solutions experience- they are on Azure but AWS and GCP experience work as well
Experience in DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
Familiar with parallel processing, multithreading, and compute optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands on experience with Databricks
Expertise with Palantir Foundry software deployment
Expertise with designing cloud solutions across platforms such as: Azure, AWS, and Google
