Insight Global is looking for a Network Project Coordinator for a Fortune 100 client remotely in Mexico. The Network Project Coordinator will be supporting a LAN/WAN/wireless network refresh for manufacturing and warehouse sites across North America as they are upgraded to a fast speed internet network with Cisco and Cradle Point. This resources will work with the project management team and outsourced deployment and support team to support the refresh. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution phases and providing insights/feedback to the delivery team. The Network PC will managed vendor relationships, coordinate quotes, create and track hardware shipments, and overall project documentation. Post refresh, this individual will be responsible for reviewing the post-deployment documentation for errors and validating that the internet circuits and hardware meet requirements. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in supporting LAN/WAN networks, excellent written and verbal English communication, and strong attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management supporting LAN/WAN/Wireless networking projects
- Strong project documentation experience (hardware shipments, decommission/installation tracking, quote creation, etc.)
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/Wireless network infrastructure (high level knowledge of how networks and equipment are configured and operate)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring SLAs are met
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, proven leadership/project coordination skills, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Project Management certifications (PMI, PMP, etc.)
- Cisco or Aruba certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, ACMA, etc.)
