INTL - Performance Testing Engineer

Day to Day:
A Performance Testing Engineer starts the day with a stand-up meeting to discuss progress and plans, followed by reviewing test plans and developing automated scripts. The role involves executing performance tests, monitoring system metrics, and analyzing results to identify issues. Furthermore, they report findings, collaborate with teams to plan remediation, and track defects. Additional tasks include performance tuning, updating documentation, and continuous learning. This position deals with summarizing activities and a team sync-up to ensure alignment and address any immediate concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
Minimum Experience of 8 years of Performance testing with Performance Center & LoadRunner. Preference is 10 plus years.
Experienced in NFR gathering, scripting, executing performance tests, result analysis.
Expertise in Hands-on scripting (Correlation, parameterization, Fiddler usage, etc.) and testing multiple complex protocols (ex: SAP, Web Http/HTML, TruClient, etc).
Must have working on performance testing on SAP ECC and EWM is preferable.
Having experience with automation testing is a plus.
Should be able to work independently & collaborate with others whenever needed.
Good written and verbal skills & should be able to communicate clearly.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must)
Should be able to coordinate with global team and service SLAs as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
