A large advertising services company is seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting Azure virtual environments and providing remote desktop support. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining virtual infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support to end-u .

**This role is hybrid, going on-site once a week in the Toronto, CA office, working 6AM-3PM EST**

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of managing Azure virtual environments and providing remote desktop support
Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory.
Proficiency in remote desktop technologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of Identity Provider (IDP) solutions and integration within Azure environments.
Experience with network security measures and best practices.
Experience with cloud storage solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) tools and services i.e. teams, sharepoint, ect.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
